Advice Team : Drop In

If you are thinking of signposting someone to our drop in, please contact us by telephone first as some issues require longer and/or multiple appointments and cannot be dealt with in the drop in (e.g. a DLA form, multiple debts) and require the arrangement of an appointment with one of our advice workers.

Due to the extremely high demand for our service, the Advice Team Drop In service only runs : WEDNESDAY, 1pm - 4pm.

Alternatively, you can arrange a referral by telephone, or by leaving your details at the reception of the Zion Community Centre, Hulme, where we are based.

As we are a charity, we have certain stipulations regarding funding, which means that anyone wishing to use our service must fit the following criteria :

1. Have mental health needs

2. Be aged 16 or over

3. Live in Manchester (under Manchester City Council)

(i.e. In these postcodes : M1 - M4, M8, M9, M11 - M16, M18 - M23, M40, M60.)

Therefore, our service is unfortunately not available to people living in Trafford, Tameside, Salford, Stockport, Bury etc.
