Manchester Assertive Outreach
Manchester Assertive Outreach Service (formerly known as Ngage) is a partnership between HARP and Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust to provide a 365-days-a-year assertive outreach service to up to 308 Manchester residents. We work with people with severe and enduring mental health needs, a history of frequent or lengthy admissions to psychiatric wards, difficulty maintaining consenting engagement with services, and complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse and offending.

Cafe
HARP Café, which is situated in the Zion Community Centre, Hulme, was first opened in February 1994. The café is run by volunteers who have had, or are experiencing, mental health needs. Volunteers are enabled to do this with the help and support of our café co-ordinators. The café is open Monday to Friday from 9 til 3.

The HARP Advice Team consists of three very dedicated and dynamic mental health advice workers, all of who have extensive experience working locally in Manchester.
