HARP ( Health Advocacy & Resource Project ) has been around since 1989 and has built an excellent reputation in Manchester as a provider of services to people with mental health needs.
We now have 44 dedicated and enthusiastic staff and 40 volunteers working for our 10 projects and partnerships across Manchester.
